Our clients have reputations for building complex structures Australia wide - Across the nation they have delivered projects within short time frames to the quality expectations set out by their client and within budget. They are first call for previous owner/operators should they have a need to replicate large previously delivered projects in remote and urban areas nationally.

With a few recent large project wins and others pending they are lacking in talented Contracts Administration staff at all levels for FIFO site and city/coast based project roles in the SE Qld catchment, hence we are scouring the market for exceptional and experienced contracts staff to administer contact terms and conditions and support the production team.
Current roles include:
Senior CA – FIFO 10/4 roster to Nth Qld – CV$40m resources project
Senior CA – Brisbane based - CV$200m DTMR project
CA – Brisbane based – CV$500m water project
Senior CA – Gold Coast – CV$500m DTMR project
Senior CA – NSW North Coast – upcoming CV$200m Renewables Project
Senior CA – Sunshine Coast – CV$500m Rail Project
Reporting to the Commercial Manager or the Project Manager, responsibilities will include:
Prepare Subcontract and Supplier documentation
Liaising with the project manager, subcontractors and suppliers
Assess and process all subcontractor and supplier invoices
Preparation, letting and award of tender packages together with the Commercial Manager
Monthly financial forecasting and reporting on a regular basis.
Review of the contract in regard to work performed by subcontractors
Preparation of claims in relation to head contract specifications
Processing of claims, variations and progress payments
Delivery of information to the Commercial Manager for End of Month Reports
And other duties as required.
All applicants must possess a tertiary qualification in either Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Finance with relevant industry experience - professionalism, the ability to work in large teams and self motivation will be also high on our client’s priority list.
