Almost in unison they have identified a key newly created position that could drive them even further ahead of the pack – a talented Recruitment Manager able to source the most able and experienced staff in the market, thus creating a crack team of professionals capable of winning the majority of projects.
We have 2 roles :
a. Recruitment Manager – Regional
Responsible for creating a Recruitment plan, sourcing initiatives and generally management of recruitment agencies and other means of onboarding staff as well as progress reporting and operational and strategic workforce planning.
b. Recruitment Manager - Project
Reporting to the HR Manager, onboarding personnel for an iconic Oil and Gas project within an allotted timeframe as well as supporting management with recruitment positions – operational recruitment and strategic measures required.

Do you possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or a thorough working knowledge of HR and Recruitment software and related systems/principles?
